Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a passbook B1 in Seongdong-gu, Manam-si.

On December 10, 2013, the Defendant promoted a plan to build and operate a new building on a site located in the Revised-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Sinnam-si, and the victim company could illegally operate a Korean Won as a long-term care hospital, etc. on the ground that the victim company might engage in illegal operation of a Korean Won as a long-term care hospital, etc. with B residents.

1. On March 19, 2013, from around 13:00 to 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) mobilized one scke in accordance with a new construction plan by the victim company from around 13:00 to around 17:30 of the same day; (b) obstructed the victim company’s new construction of one scke by force by preventing approximately 15 residents from driving ahead of the above sckes.

2. From around 07:10 on March 21, 2013 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) mobilized the victim company from around 07:10 to around 17:00 on the same day to stop the above site and remove a temporary building again; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s new construction of a single member of the victim company by force, such as: (c) preventing the Plaintiff from spreading approximately 15 residents; and (d) blocking the entrance of the said site by mobilized the Defendant’s vehicle; and (c) preventing the Defendant
