A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:30 on April 14, 2016, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s dump trucks and other non-registration number dump trucks in the victim C driving at the front section of the Defendant’s car, among the Dos operated in the direction of a ancient Do, which are dangerous goods on the two-lane road between the Donsan-gun, Masan-gun, Masan-gun, Masan-gun, in the front section of the front section of the road. The Defendant was dissatisfied with the said road temporarily hump trucks and other registration numbers.

Since then, when the defendant's car proceeds in a single lane and the victim's dump truck proceeds in a two-lane, the defendant changed the vehicle line to the second line on his own, thereby allowing the victim to stop rapidly by preventing the victim from driving his dump truck immediately.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the victim.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle that violates the Road Traffic Act shall change course when it is likely to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change course;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, operated a B Sp truck as above and continued to run the said dump truck with the said c driver’s dump truck running on the said 2nd line, or subsequently, even though C's dump truck continues to run the 2nd line for about 30 seconds, there was an obstacle to the normal passage of C's dump truck by changing the course of the dump truck by changing the course between the 1 lane and the 2nd lane for about 30 secondss.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the B SP car without mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph (1).
