A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

around 15:30 on July 2, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Gohap 506,” was under the influence of 1st century, and was committing an indecent act by force against the victim, by reporting the victim E (V, 17 years of age, 17 years of age) who was under the influence of flag in front of the entrance in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and committing an indecent act against the victim.

around 15:30 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Gohap 507,” sent approximately one hour and 40 minutes to the victim’s restaurant in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force. The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, was at the “H” restaurant where the victim’s G in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F works.

around 18:10 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant assaulted “J” restaurant located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, on the part of the victim K (34 years of age) with the victim’s left side to the right side, without paying the food cost.

around 08:00 on September 27, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Gohap 559,” committed as if he would pay food value to the victim M in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, and ordered the victim 1 to be 1, 1, 1, and 1, 201.

However, since there was no cash or card, the defendant did not have the ability and intention to pay the price normally even if he orders food and beverage.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was provided with 11,00 won in total from the market price to the injured party, i.e., 1,000.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
