1. The Defendant’s KRW 190,500,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 26, 2014 to April 22, 2016.
Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of the pleadings as a whole in the descriptions of evidence Nos. 2-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-1 through 3, 7, 8, 15, 16, and 16.
On November 15, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant (around June 24, 2015, the Plaintiff changed from ELA Co., Ltd. to the current trade name as of June 24, 2015; hereinafter referred to as “Defendant” regardless of whether it was before or after the mutual change; hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) as listed in attached Table 1 (Non-LIG Poer V (21250).
(2) On February 22, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant, and around February 22, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract (L12.04) in attached Table 2 (L1348) with the Defendant.

On February 10, 2014, the Plaintiff suffered a traffic accident, i.e., the occurrence of the traffic accident and the treatment of the Plaintiff, 01:15, the Plaintiff was subject to a traffic accident, i.e., the fluoral vehicle on the roads 177 U.S. Doi-si 19 (Gui-dong).
(2) The Plaintiff was diagnosed as a framework to the upper right side of the injury and disease, the upper right side of the injury and the upper right side of the instant hospital, and was diagnosed as a thrings due to the instant traffic accident. ① from February 10, 2014 to March 14, 2014, the Plaintiff was hospitalized as the main symptoms of the instant hospital with cardio-cerebrovassis, strophism, and medical symptoms, and ② from November 2, 2014 to December 5, 2014; ② from December 2, 2014 to December 21, 2015, the Plaintiff was hospitalized as the main symptoms of the instant hospital; ③ from February 10, 2014 to December 21, 2014 to 15, 2015 to 21.5 to 2.5 to 2.5 to 2.5 to 2.5 to 2.5 to 215 to 215 to 215 to 20.5 to 21 to 2.5 to 21 to 2.5 to 1 to 20.2.
