1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around March 15, 1912, the deceased L was under the circumstances of 675 square meters prior to the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Ma.

On March 16, 1918, the above land was divided into 6 N, 233, and 436 P.

The defendant completed the registration of preservation of ownership on December 14, 2016 (hereinafter “the registration of preservation of ownership”).

Of the above roads, one square meter, excluding part (i) of 770 square meters in a ship (hereinafter “instant land”), which connects each point of attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 1 among the above roads, is land subject to correction of registered matters by mistake.

E. The plaintiffs' prior net R died on September 5, 1923 and succeeded to the property of the deceased Q Q. The network Q died on July 4, 1967 and jointly succeeded to its management network T, net U, B, C, D, F, E, and G’s property.
