A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:00 on September 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) cut off all CCTVs installed in the above factory to ensure that the company CCTV does not videoed at the “D” working for the Defendant in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) cut off all of the company CCTVs in order to ensure that the company CCTV does not videoed; and (c) cut off them into the above factory for loading them in the vehicle with a quantity of 6 meters; and (d) cut off the remaining Aluminum aluminiums into the E-mail of the Defendant’s driving by carrying them in the vehicle with the market price of KRW 765,000 at KRW 765,00.

The Defendant, in addition to this, from the beginning of July 201 to the above temporary date, stolen a total of KRW 5,100,000 at Aluminium at the market price of eight times, as shown in the attached list of crimes, at the beginning of July 201 to the above temporary date with a total of KRW 600 km.
