Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of bodily injury at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 9, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2014.

1. Intimidation or interference with business;

가. 피고인은 2013. 10. 중순 15:00경 동해시 B에 있는 피해자 C(여, 59세)이 운영하는 “D”에서, 막걸리를 들고 와 먹으려고 하였으나 피해자가 “손님이 들어오는데 방해가 되니까 나가라”고 하자 화가 나 피해자의 얼굴에 침을 뱄으면서 “야 이 씨팔년아 왜 나를 못 오게 하느냐, 죽고 싶냐, 어재 어떤 놈은 와서 마시던데, 가게를 몽땅 부수고 장사를 못하게 해볼까, 씨팔년 계속 지랄하면 어판장 내에서 매장시키겠다, 3대를 몰살 시키겠다”고 말하여 협박하고, 약 5시간 동안 피해자의 건어물 판매 영업 업무를 방해하였다

B. On December 24, 2013, the Defendant, “D” around 11:0, when drinking alcohol, and obstructed the victim’s business of selling dried fish products for about 20 minutes, by threatening the victim to the effect that “I have been working for the same older person in the same age of the fransh, the thickness of the fransh, whether I would have been working for the fransh, whether I would have not want to do so, or not I would have sing down if I would not want to do so,” and obstructing the victim’s business of selling dried fish products.
