A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants operated the electronic tobacco sales business in the name of “D” in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Building 203.

Accordingly, in the Incheon Airport Customs Office located in the Jung-gu Incheon Airport on December 15, 2014, Defendant B filed an import declaration as if it were imported from the above chain area (WT 1,007,937 Won, reported price 1,086 US$1,086 US dollars) from the Republic of Korea (WECHHNG THHHHOGGY OLD) located in the Jung-gu Incheon Airport on December 15, 2014, even though Defendant B imported 4 LOG 1,00 US dollars in the above chain area (WT 1,007,937 US dollars, and 1,086 US dollars).

As a result, the Defendants conspired to import goods different from the imported goods and imported goods.
