1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 13, 2010, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The main content of the instant insurance contract is to pay injury, death, pulmonary disability, expenses for hospitalization of disease, etc. in the event of a specific insurance accident.

B. From January 17, 201 to September 25, 2014, after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received hospital treatment from the Plaintiff on the grounds of crypitis 1, as indicated in the following table 1, and received total KRW 7,070,000 from the Plaintiff.
