1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 47,506,520 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 9, 2016 to October 4, 2018.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff is a company that operates agricultural and fishery products distribution business, etc., and Defendant B is an individual who is engaged in freezing and refrigerating equipment manufacturing business in the trade name of “E.”

Defendant C is a company that operates the heat resistant manufacturing business, and Defendant D is a person who establishes and repairs a heat resistant system in the name of F.

On January 16, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction with Defendant B for the following construction works, including the conclusion of a contract for construction.
