1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(c) 25 million won when he/she dies due to a disaster, other than the traffic accident of the mutual aid fund for death of 50 million won;

Grade 1 to Grade 2 disability: Grade 2 disability at the time of Grade 3: 2: Grade 2: 1,500,000 won due to the traffic accident, other than the traffic accident from the mutual-aid fund: Grade 3: Grade 4: Grade 5,00 won due to the traffic accident of KRW 1,750,000,00 for the traffic accident of KRW 3 to Grade 6: Grade 4: Grade 5,000 won due to the traffic accident of KRW 1,50,000 for the traffic accident of KRW 1,50,000: Grade 3 to Grade 6: Grade 5,00 won due to the traffic accident of KRW 5,00,000 for KRW 5,00: Grade 3 to Grade 6: 1,250,000 for Grade 4: Grade 7,50,000 won due to the traffic accident of KRW 375,50,000.

1. Where the beneficiary dies or is in a state of disability of Grades I through II due to a disaster, this contract shall not have any effect any longer from that time;

2. If the beneficiary dies due to any cause or event other than a disaster, the liability reserve funds as at the time of his death shall be paid and this Agreement shall not become effective.

1. Definition and evaluation criteria of obstacles;

(a) disability defined in the definition of disability means the state of permanent mental or physical damage caused by a disaster, in which the symptoms have not been completely recovered but remains due to a fixed condition;

(b) Criteria for assessment - Where one disability falls under at least two classifications in the evaluation of disability, the upper grade shall apply thereto;

-The normal angle of the physical control movement shall comply with the criteria set out in the E’s Guidelines for the Evaluation of Permanent Physical Disability and shall also comply with the method of measurement.
