1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of thirty million won; and

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch of the Busan District Court on December 4, 2015, and on October 24, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch of the Dong branch of the Busan District Court on October 24, 201.

On August 22, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a motor vehicle, etc. under the influence of alcohol again by a person who driven a drunk on two or more occasions, driving a motor vehicle, etc. under the influence of alcohol, from the front side of the Busan Bank located in Busan Metropolitan City 11-1 to the front side of the CU convenience store located in No. 81-3 137, to the end of the Busan Metropolitan City Do 111-1, to the end of the cU convenience store located in No. 81-3, 137.
