Thus, on February 3, 2015, the Defendant imported a ship with a value of KRW 5.5 million (cost of KRW 5.1,037,800) from SOC (cost of KRW 51,037,80) located in Japan on February 3, 2015, but customs offices have reduced the price of KRW 3 million (cost of KRW 27,838,800) and filed an import declaration (D), thereby violating the Customs Act by evading the value of KRW 2,319,90 (market price of KRW 34,471,025) equivalent to the difference in cost of the goods.

Summary of Evidence
