1. The Defendant’s KRW 65,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 1, 2014 to January 7, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of rejection: since August 1, 2014 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, there is no basis for claiming damages for delay by 20% per annum, and thus, a claim exceeding the damages for delay by 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act shall be dismissed.
