A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On June 13, 2016, the Defendant was a worker volunteer in the “Cneary Foreign Service Council member” located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 2016.

2. No one shall receive insurance benefits or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means, in violation of the National Health Insurance Act and fraudulent means;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph 1, conducted as if D received medical treatment as described in paragraph 1, and was treated as if D had been treated as having been conducted by the above member, and had the National Health Insurance Corporation pay 10,110 won to the above member of the National Health Insurance Corporation after receiving medical treatment from the above member of the Council, and had the victim pay the Corporation charges of KRW 10,110 to the above member of the National Health Insurance Corporation from January 28, 2020, from that time, he received medical treatment by the above method 114 times in total as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses Act and had the victim pay the Corporation charges of KRW 1,08,520 in total.

Accordingly, the defendant received insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means, while deceiving the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use any third person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, the defendant is false or unjust as stated in paragraph 2 at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and as described in paragraph 2.
