The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the reasons for appeal (six months of imprisonment) by the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances favorable to the Defendant are the following: (a) the Defendant, who recognized all of the instant crimes, disposes of the instant vehicle, and is going to not drive alcohol and not drive without a license, etc.; and (b) the Defendant, who again disposes of the instant vehicle.

However, the crime of this case is a case where the defendant driving a vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance under the influence of alcohol and without a license and was damaged by the victim's vehicle parked twice. The defendant left the scene without taking any measures after the accident of this case and did not faithfully comply with the investigative agency's request for appearance, and did not undergo an investigation. The crime of this case is not good. The defendant did not agree with the victims up to the trial, and did not make any effort to recover damage. The defendant has already been punished several times due to drinking and without a license, etc., and in particular, the defendant committed the crime of this case again during the period of repeated crime on October 5, 2009. The defendant committed the crime of this case again during the period of repeated crime, and the blood alcohol concentration at the time of driving of this case is very high, and considering the circumstances such as the defendant's age, personality and behavior, family relation, motive and motive of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, it cannot be viewed that the court below's punishment is unfair even if the defendant asserts punishment is too unreasonable.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
