Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant would give the victim C at the Defendant’s house located in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul around March 18, 2016, that “B is a simple E with the former president of D, E, and E and F presidents G are inter-sected with each other, so it would be 20 to 3 billion won to be invested from F.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained 3.5 million won from the victim to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the Defendant on March 22, 2016 and acquired it by fraud.
2. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted the victim C through text message at a non-permanent place; and (b) falsely concluded that “On April 25, 201, the Defendant borrowed KRW 3 million,000,000,000,000,000 from April 26, 201.”
However, as the defendant was economically difficult, there was no intention or ability to repay it to the victim even if he borrowed money.
Accordingly, on April 7, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained 3 million won from the victim to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the defendant on April 7, 2016.
3. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant calls the victim C at a non-displace and calls the victim C, and “Many female-friendly Gu is urgently needed to get the victim to drink as on May 5.
