1. Disposition of restricting the participation of unjust enterprisers against Plaintiff A on January 29, 2019 and disposition of restricting the participation of unjust enterprisers against Plaintiff A on July 29, 2019.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is a business operator operating a geographic information system (Gerograform) related spatial data business, such as aviation photographing business and map production business, and Plaintiff B was a representative of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd from 2009 to 2013.

B. C Institution ordered a total of 37 aerial photography service projects, including D, in 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013, by means of competitive bidding.

In participating in the above bidding, the company agreed to jointly perform the service business through the pertinent company and divide profits according to the ratio of shares allocated, together with the company E, F Co., Ltd., G, H, I, J Co., Ltd., K, L Co., Ltd., L Co., Ltd., M Co., Ltd., M Co., Ltd., N Co., Ltd., Inc., O Co., Ltd., O Co., Ltd., P Co., Ltd., P, P and Q Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Co., Ltd.") and the share to be awarded in advance, and jointly perform the service business through the aforementioned

C. The Fair Trade Commission decided May 14, 2018, against the Plaintiff Company, etc.

In accordance with Articles 19(1)8 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Fair Trade Act”), the act of unfairly restricting competition by means of an agreement with the government of the Republic of Korea and a public institution on the volume to be awarded a successful tender, the scheduled bid price and the bid price in advance, on the ground that the act of bidding or auction constitutes “an act of determining successful bidder, successful bidder, bid price, successful bid price or bid price or other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree” under Article 21 and 22 of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Fair Trade Act”).
