Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2013, at around 16:30, the Defendant driven B multilateral vehicles on the road front of the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu 467 Annishing water storage site, Nam-gu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.240%.
