1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,385,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 21, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff issued a tax invoice in total amount of KRW 42,735,00 on December 31, 2013 after having been awarded a contract for the installation of a stack with the Defendant; the Plaintiff again issued a tax invoice in total of KRW 880,000 on February 28, 2014; the Plaintiff received a contract for the installation of a stack from the Defendant; and the Plaintiff issued a tax invoice in total of KRW 22,770,000 on December 31, 2014 upon receiving a contract for the installation of a stack from the Defendant; and thereafter, the Plaintiff completed the said construction contracted from the Defendant; and thereafter, there is no dispute between the parties, or may be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire statement in the evidence No. 1.

In light of the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 36,385,00 (= KRW 42,735,000 KRW 880,770,000 KRW 22,770,000-30,000) and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 21, 2015 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
