A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 4 through 8 shall be confiscated.

Criminal facts

On February 15, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Ulsan District Court, and on October 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Cheongju District Court Support on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on May 14, 2015, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a habitual larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan District Court on November 7, 2017.
