1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. At around 19:20 on March 1, 2012, the Defendant driven a D Maz passenger car (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) and passed the D Maz passenger car crossing around the front side of the Defendant’s left-hand side from the front side to the front side of the Kimpo Airport, along the two-lanes of the two-lane road from the front intersection to the front side of the Kimpo Airport. On the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle, the Defendant: (a) was driving the said intersection along the two-lanes of the two-lane road from the upper side of the Defendant’s vehicle to the right side (on the left side of the Olympic road to the front side of the vehicle) along the two-lane road from the front side of the two-lane road from the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s vehicle”); and (b) was pushed the Plaintiff’s vehicle located close to the above intersection to the front side of the road traffic signal apparatus on the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

C. The FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Insurance Company”) first paid the insurance proceeds, such as the medical expenses for Plaintiff B, and received KRW 24,096,180 in total from G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Insurance Company”) on March 28, 2014, KRW 7,923,090, and KRW 9,073,090 in treatment expenses on August 27, 2015, and KRW 7,100 in the same day.
On the other hand, on February 7, 2014, Plaintiff B filed a lawsuit against Plaintiff Insurance Company as Seoul Southern District Court 2014Da203674, and won part of the lawsuit on July 15, 2015, but the court of appeal (the same court 2015Na56272) rendered a settlement decision that renounced Plaintiff B’s claim was finalized on November 17, 2015.
