1. N and Defendant A on May 20, 2013, concluded between Defendant A and N on the building indicated in the Attached List, and Defendant B on November 29, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 24, 2012, Sym Savings Bank Co., Ltd. loaned KRW 380 million to N on December 24, 2012, but, on October 24, 2013, N lost the benefit of time due to the above loan obligations, the N loses the benefit of time due to the mortgage on the instant building owned by N, upon filing an application for voluntary auction on April 10, 2014 based on the right to collateral security on the instant building owned by N, and rendered a decision to commence the auction on April 11, 2014.

(hereinafter “instant auction procedure”). B.

On April 30, 2014, the Plaintiff (formerly changed: Gabbs Co., Ltd.) received N’s loan claims from the Sym Savings Bank, Inc., and the Sym Savings Bank, Inc., notified N of the assignment of claims on the same day.

C. In the instant auction procedure, the Defendants asserted as a lessee of a part of the instant building, and submitted an application for a report on rights and a request for distribution with the following content, or submitted a lease agreement with the enforcement officer on April 24, 2014, with the following content.

1) From May 20 to May 19, 2013; from May 20, 2013 to May 22, 2013; from November 22, 2013; from May 20 to May 20; from May 20, 2013; from May 20, 2013; from May 20, 2013; from May 20, 2013; from December 3, 2013; from December 3, 2013; from December 21, 2013 to December 3, 2015; from December 3, 2013; from May 20, 2013 to December 21, 2013; from May 20, 2013; from the date of resident registration; from the date of resident registration; from the date of resident registration; from the date of lease to the date of lease to the date of December 21, 2013;
