1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Defendant D is an employee of the said business places from March 2019 to giving guidance to the female sexual traffic in return for receiving the payment from the customer. Defendant E and Defendant F are an employee of the said business places from March 2019 to giving guidance to the female sexual traffic. Defendant G and Defendant H are an employee of the said business places from around March 2019 to guide the female sexual traffic. Defendant I provided the female sexual traffic in return for the customer from around October 2019 to the said business places, Defendant J from around May 2019 to the said business places, and each customer completed sexual traffic.

K is a person who introduces and arranges female employees engaged in sexual traffic at the above business establishment.

The Defendants conspired in collusion according to their respective roles, and around November 26, 2019, up to November 26, 2019, the Defendants provided cash of 2.10,000 won (credit card 2.40,000 won) to male customers who were found to be customers at the above place, and provided clothes in the fourth waiting room, and had sexual traffic women employed in advance moved to the five-story room with customers to the five-story, and let them take the place of sexual intercourse and other similar sexual intercourse.
