If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2014, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) stored a “SK-II license” in one “SK-II license” equivalent to the market price managed by another victim B (the age of 29) at the Cstovaco store located in the Simsi-dong 475, Suwon-si, Busan, and was stolen by means of putting it into a bank held by him and discharging the store.
