B. The comparable Invention (A. 4 No. 1-3) is an invention related to the “Seoul Standard Street Bus Bus Bus Bus Boarding” as indicated in the design comprehensive report, specifications, and shop design drawings attached to the “public invitation of private business operators who install and manage facilities of the Seoul Metropolitan City Street Bus Sticking Station” posted on October 27, 2010 on the “public notice (tenders, biddings, and employment) notice on the homepage of the Seoul Bus Transport Industry Association (A. 4). The main contents and drawings are as indicated in the attached Form 2.

C. (1) On July 17, 2013, the Defendant’s trial decision on the instant case (1) against the Plaintiffs in the Intellectual Property Tribunal, and the claim 1-3, 6, and 7 are based on comparable inventions.
