Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2012, the Defendant driven a Category B Maz passenger car at approximately 300 meters in the section B 300 meters prior to the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Square, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.201% of alcohol level (the next day measured at around 00:04).
