Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2013, the Defendant was sent a letter to the Korean Red Cross at the headquarters 145 head office in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, which relays the sponsor of the instant project, stating that “B shall obtain money. As the letter of sending a thickness to the Secretary-General, the Korean Red Cross, C sponsor companies, prospective sponsor companies, the National Assembly, national newspapers, media companies, etc., sent a thickness to the Secretary-General, and sent a letter to the Korean Red Cross as of December 1, 2012, requesting the withdrawal of the business of the Korean Red Cross, with B’s request for the withdrawal of the business of the Korean Red Cross, and with B’s view to its own title.”

However, there was no fact that the victim acquired money.

As a result, the defendant spreads false facts to the Korean Red Cross and suspended the connection of support by the victim company, and did not provide any additional support in the SSK Round, and interfered with the normal affairs of the victim by allowing other sponsor companies to no longer attract.

2. On November 19, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim by sending the victim’s cell phone in the victim B located in the office No. 701 of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building with the word “to form a professor franchis to make it known that it is not false at the end of the interior,” and then to directly fastening the Red Cross before the Red Cross.”
