A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for assault, etc. at Seoul Northern District Court on November 11, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 7, 2018.

1. Around 14:00 on December 7, 2018, the Defendant, at the D point managed by the victim C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant: (a) expressed his attitude that he would be able to see the victim’s agency business by making the victim’s agent talking about his name-free employee on the mobile phone rate system and providing counseling to him on the ground that he was unable to understand the employee’s speech; (b) he expressed his attitude that he would be able to see the victim’s agent’s own “satisfy, satched and satched.” (c) and interfered with the victim’s agency business by force for about 30 minutes from that time, he got another customer who was outside of the area.

2. The Defendant: (a) caused damage to property, as described in paragraph (1) of the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, destroyed the entrance of the victim C, which was the victim C, in a way that the victim C did not collect any defects in the center of the glass door, by getting back about five minutes after leaving the disturbance, and returning back to the glass bottle containing drinking water, and making the front entrance of the said agency (90 cm in length, 220 cm in length) back to the said glass bottle; and (b) thereby, damaged the amount of the repair cost.

3. At around 14:40 on the same day as the above paragraph 1., the Defendant damaged the equipment for public use, after checking the circumstances of the instant case by the captain E, etc., of the Seoul Labor Relations Commission, who was dispatched after receiving 112 reports, and then arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender and then damaged the above patrol vehicle, which is an official object, in excess of the amount of the repair cost, by exposing the transparent plastic partitions installed inside the patrol vehicle, which is managed by the said police station, at the back of the patrol vehicle (G, rocketing), managed by the said police station, in the case of interference with business.
