1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,462,445 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 29, 2014 to September 22, 2016, and the following.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Upon receiving a request from the Defendant for construction, the Plaintiff: (a) from February 13, 2014 to March 17, 2014; (b) the D Office of 219 to 222, and the E Office.

B. The Plaintiff received a request for additional construction from the Defendant after the instant construction works, and completed the construction of lux board and IM, etc. from March 19, 2014 to May 7, 2014.

C. The Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s request from the Defendant, engaged in construction works on the elevator hole of the F building.
(hereinafter referred to as the “elevator Construction”) and D. In addition, the above Construction and Transportation are referred to as the “instant Construction and Transportation”).
The Defendant paid a total of KRW 60 million to the Plaintiff ( KRW 40 million on February 18, 2014, KRW 20 million on March 1, 2014, KRW 20 million on March 1, 2014).

2. The party's assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff promised to pay the actual construction cost of KRW 87,462,450,00 at the time the Defendant requested this construction, and the Plaintiff claimed that the Plaintiff should pay the accrued construction cost of KRW 1,650,440,00 for the additional construction cost of KRW 79,972,05, and KRW 1,650,840 for the elevator construction cost of KRW 4,840,00 for the additional construction cost of KRW 97,462,445 ( KRW 79,972,005, KRW 11,650,000 for the total construction cost of KRW 11,650,840,400 for the unpaid construction cost of KRW 37,462,455 for the interest on the construction cost of KRW 5,000 for the remainder of KRW 60,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s interest on the construction cost of KRW 160,000 for the remainder of the evidence.
