A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) is a person engaging in driving a DK5 vehicle.

On March 26, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.081% during blood transfusion around 23:05, and driven the said vehicle on the three-lane road in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, the Office of Education at the city where the said vehicle was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.081%. Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, committed an injury to the victim’s elbows, tensions, etc. in the part of the elbow part requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and committed an injury to the victim G on the top of the damaged vehicle, such as chills, tensions, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without taking measures such as providing relief to the damaged party.

2.
