Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date of the final judgment, each sentence against the Defendants is imposed.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are the husband of the People's Republic of China, Defendant A is the husband of Defendant B, and Defendant C is the father of Defendant A and Defendant B.

Defendant

A was issued a certificate of resident registration and a passport after having entered the Republic of Korea around November 12, 200 on June 7, 2004, after having entered the Republic of Korea on the following matters: (a) having known that he/she could reside in Korea for a long term; (b) having known that he/she could reside in Korea; (c) having been able to enter Korea through laundry his/her identity; (d) having been willing to arrange entry into the Republic of Korea; (d) having 10,000 Chinese money; and (e) having been issued a certificate of resident registration and a passport of the Republic of Korea on June 7, 2004.

Defendant

B, Defendant A, her husband, entered Korea by washing off his status as D as above, and he was willing to enter Korea by washing out his status as F with the husband’s wife “F” for the purpose of settling his entry into Korea according to her husband, and was issued a visa for 10,00 years old-year-year-old identification card and a passport to the above F’s wife “F (F,F, and G)” while launding his status under the name of “F (F,F, and G). On December 24, 2000, Defendant A, who was the husband, entered Korea around December 24, 200, entered Korea with the above F’s nationality, and obtained a resident registration certificate and a passport from the above F’s status on June 7, 2004.

Defendant

C A around October 22, 2004, upon the recommendation from the above A to acquire Korean nationality, C was laundryed as D’s child status whose identity was laundryed by the above A to enter the Republic of Korea, and was issued a visa for visiting and staying in the Chinese passport in the above H’s name (F-1) upon the invitation of the above D, and thereafter entered the Republic of Korea on May 22, 2008.
