Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2013, the Defendants’ co-offenders, at the main point of “F” located in Seongbuk-gu in the World Wartime E, and attempted to flee without paying the drinking value after drinking alcohol. In the event that the circumstances and H, etc. of the Daejeon Police Station G District of Daejeon, who called upon receiving a 112 report, demanded the verification of personal information, the Defendants, by disclosing their personal information to the patrol vehicle, were on their own boarding the patrol vehicle to go to the G District.

피고인들은 공동하여, 같은 날 01:57경 G지구대에서 근무 중이던 경찰인 피해자 I에게 “야 씨발, 돈만 내면 무전취식 안되는거 아냐, 주민등록증 못보여줘, 너 씨발놈 자신있냐, 죽는다”라고 욕을 하고, 같은 지구대 소속 경찰인 피해자 H에게 “니들 여기서 돈 먹었냐, 이 짭새들, 가만히 안둔다”라고 욕을 하고, 같은 경찰인 피해자 J, 피해자 K, 피해자 L 등에게 “야 이 씨발놈들아, 이리와봐, 내 친구가 검사인데 니들 옷 벗긴다”라고 욕을 하는 등 그 때부터 03:00경까지 약 1시간 동안 피해자들에게 공연히 욕을 하여 피해자들을 모욕하였다.

2. 피고인 C, B의 공동범행 피고인 C은 전항 기재 일시, 장소에서 지구대근무 중이던 경사 I에게 다가가 피고인의머리로 피해자의 목부위를 수 차례 가격하는 등 폭행하고, 피고인 B은 위 I에게 다가가 귓가에 입을 대고 “너 씨발놈, 죽는다”라고 욕을 하며 양팔로 어깨 부위를 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted I, a police officer, and interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning I's global service.
