A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2019, the Defendant suffered a special injury: (a) around 23:16, at the first floor of the B hotel, the Defendant: (b) had his wife go beyond the guest room of the said hotel; and (c) requested the victim D (24 years of age) who was on duty and was in duty to take a telephone to 119 ambulances; (d) had the head; and (e) had the her wife requested the 119 ambulances to leave the her head; (e) had the her wife called her head; (e) had the victim D (24 years of age); and (e) had the hand room, which is a dangerous object containing cosmetics, etc., to fit the victim’s left head.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted bodily injury on the victim, which requires treatment for about 14 days.

2. The Defendant, a special assault, at the time, and at the place specified in the above Paragraph 1, was a victim E (n, 25 years of age) who had been working there for the said reasons, with the voice of “packer. . . .. dead. . .. ... ....................”

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

3. The Defendant causing property damage, at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (1) above, damages the victim’s total market value of KRW 50,000 by taking advantage of the market value of KRW 50,000 owned by the victim F for the said reasons, and then breaking up two iron bars with a total market value of KRW 104,00,00, and putting up the distribution frame into the distribution frame. As above, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property equivalent to KRW 187,300, in total, the market value of which was owned by the victim, by taking up two iron pumpss of the total market value of KRW 104,00,00, and 300, in accordance with the will for office use in the market value of KRW 33,300.

4. The defendant obstruction of business with the date and time set forth in the above Paragraph (1) above and at the same place, violence shall be exercised against the victim D and the victim E as described in the above paragraphs (1) through (3), the victim d and the victim E are able to take a large voice, and the iron ruptures were collected, and the iron ruptures were broken off, etc., and the disturbance shall be avoided on the same day.
