When investing in this company, the principal shall be guaranteed, the profits of 200% shall be distributed after three months, and the recommended allowances shall also be paid when attracting investors. The amount of investment shall be KRW 1,00 (1,30,000), USD 3,00 (3,90,000,000), USD 10,000 (13,000,0000), USD 30,000 (39,0000,000) and KRW 30,000 (39,000,000) and KRW 15,010).

As a result, the Defendants agreed to pay the total amount of money invested or the amount exceeding it in the future when raising funds from many and unspecified persons without obtaining authorization or permission, making registration or report, etc. under the statutes.
