A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon his/her residence, and entered the house through the entrance door, which was opened to drink and to save people by drinking water, in the case of his/her residence, around 08:50, Ulsanbuk-gu E apartment unit*** such**** the victim F (in women, 36 years old).

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

3. The Defendant entered the victim F’s residence, such as the date, time, place, and paragraph 2, and the victim’s 10 minutes of confinement: (a) the victim’s arms and clothes that the Defendant witness, frighting children (five arching children) to look together; and (b) frighting the victim’s arms and clothes that the Defendant was trying to flee through several times; and (c) cutting the victim’s cell phone off to the floor so that the victim may not report from the victim; and (d) the Defendant prevented the victim from leaving the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.
