Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person running a funeral business with a mutual name, “E” in Si/Gun, rather than in the Republic of Korea.
The Defendant reported, as if he and she were his and her dynamics, B, and C, the graves located in F, G, and H, G, and H, to be incorporated in the construction work on the Ulsan Highway, and received compensation therefor.

B. 2. Defendant B knew of the fact that the above Defendant received money under the name of the Korea Highway Corporation by deceiving the victims, and obtained money from the Korea Highway Corporation, and consented to the receipt of compensation from A around February 2018 at the request of “to obtain compensation from this Chapter,” and then, at that time, A’s certificate of personal seal impression, abstract of resident registration, copy of identification card, and passbook.
