A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as dump dump, tension, etc. in need of a two-day medical treatment, injury to the victim G, such as dump, tension, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires a three-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim I (75 years old) who is a taxi passenger of the victim G driving.
