Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Criminal facts

The Defendants sold low-priced goods at low-priced prices as they are valuable goods and conspired to divide profits therefrom.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

가. 피고인들은 2013. 7. 26. 14:30경 충북 음성군 감곡면에 있는 중부내륙고속도로 서울방향 감곡IC 부근 갓길에서, 피고인 B은 D 그랜져 승용차의 비상등을 켠 채 정차시켜 놓고, 피고인 A는 손을 흔들어 지나가는 운전자들에게 도움을 청하는 것처럼 행동하여 이에 차를 세운 피해자 E에게 부산항만 신분증을 보여주며 “부산항 물류창고 직원인데, 세관에서 빼돌린 좋은 물건이 있으니 구경을 해봐라, 골프채는 ‘혼마’ 상품으로 한 세트만 500만 원 가는데 골프채 2세트, 망원경, 빔프로젝트, 노트북을 모두 490만 원에 주겠다"라고 말하여 비싼 물건을 싼 값에 판매하는 것처럼 행세하였다.

The Defendants received 4.9 million won from the victim.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.

B. On August 1, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendants: (a) inducedd the Victim F in the same manner as Paragraph 1 on the roads near the Bridge located in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) falsely concluded that the Defendants were sale of golf loans worth KRW 600,000,000, KRW 15,000,000, and KRW 600,000,000,000,000 won, to the victim as high-priced goods.

However, the above golf loans are domestically produced, the market price of which is 350,000 won per set, and all other things are included.
