1. The defendant is based on the sale on December 5, 2007 with respect to the "43 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si roads" to the plaintiff.

On December 5, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant stating the purchase price of KRW 19.5 million with respect to “43 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si Road” on the same day, and paid the above purchase price to the Defendant on the same day.
