Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 1185] On October 17, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by spiting the victim’s chest on one occasion, taking one cigarette towards the victim’s face, taking the victim’s chest into drinking, and taking the victim’s face into consideration.

1. On July 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30, 168-1 located in the middle-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, without any justifiable reason, provided that the victim F (Nam, 46 years old) who was under a stop pursuant to the new subparagraph (hereinafter referred to as “F”) expressed the victim’s desire to take care of the victim; (b) opened a driver’s seat; and (c) opened the victim’s head and face with drinking, the Defendant took care of the victim’s head and face; and (d) took care of the victim’s desire to take care of the number of days of treatment.

At around 04:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) determined that the above G was likely to escape because the Defendant did not disclose his personal information and attempted to go out of the police box, etc.; and (b) refused to take over the Defendant to the Daejeon Middle Police Station, said G et al. to take a bath to police officers, such as G et al. while refusing to take over the Defendant to the Daejeon Middle Police Station, said G et al.; (c) taken a face of G, taken a bath to said police officers; and (d) obstructed the police officers’ legitimate performance of official duties concerning the arrest and investigation of flagrant offenders.
