A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the District Court for the crime of causing property damage, and the sentence was finalized on August 30, 2014.

At around 1:50 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim D, who is a taxi driver for business in Yangju Co., Ltd., at one time, on the ground that there was a large amount of taxi expenses on the front side of the entrance of the new apartment 14, 1416-gil at Yangju-si.
