1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,445,415 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 23, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in the changed cause of claims; and

The judgment by deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendant is only served with a certified copy of the initial recommendations for execution, and the Defendant did not submit a written reply following the submission of a written reply. Moreover, the written reply, which was served with the application for amendment of the purport of the claim as of August 16, 2018, was not submitted, and the Plaintiff did not appear at the date for pleading, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to all confessions under Article 15
