1. Defendant A and B jointly and severally filed against the Plaintiff KRW 519,577,513 and KRW 187,844,050 among the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 187,84,050, Sept. 24, 2015.

1. As to the claim against the defendant A and B

(a)the indication of the claim is as shown in Appendix 2;

(b) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of each applicable provisions of Acts;

2. As to the claim against Defendant C

A. Basic facts 1) D is the owner of each real estate listed in the attached Form 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) and is a corporation that conducts outdoor training activities, training, etc. in the instant real estate.

B) Defendant A is the shareholder, representative director, and Defendant B’s representative director. C) Defendant C Co., Ltd. (Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is the shareholder of D.

2) On September 4, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement with D, the credit guarantee amount of KRW 85,00,000, and the credit guarantee period of KRW 85,000 from September 4, 2008 to September 3, 2009, with a credit guarantee period of KRW 85,00,00, and a credit guarantee period of KRW 80,000, and the credit guarantee period of KRW 68,00,000 was finally changed on August 28, 2015.

(B) The Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement with D on January 23, 2009, with a credit guarantee amount of KRW 270,00,000, and with a credit guarantee period of KRW 270,000 from January 23, 2009 to January 22, 2010, with a credit guarantee period of KRW 25,000,000, and with a credit guarantee period of KRW 25,000,000, and with a credit guarantee period of KRW 25,000 as of January 15, 2015 as of January 15, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “second guarantee agreement”). The Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement with Defendant B and the credit guarantee bank on September 4, 2008, with several credit guarantee loans from September 23, 200 to September 203, 208.
