A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately 3 meters a Karen car without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle on the front of a D cafeteria located in the Mangyang-si, Syang-si, Mayang-si.

2. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the said EKaren car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the arboretum located in the Man-dong Arts Park in the Man-gu Mangdong-gu, Manyang-si to the same art park, 70 o-61, and 2 km from the front of the Gu forest apartment to the front of the Gu forest apartment.
