1. The defendant shall pay 31,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 9, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Since the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Litigation Promotion Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the exceeding part of the claim is dismissed.
