The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

In light of the substance of the grounds for appeal and the fact that not only the Defendant, who has been subject to multiple criminal punishment, including the same crime as this case, committed several times due to the same violence, etc., but also committed each of the instant crimes without being able to commit a repeated offense, but also the nature of the crime is very poor in light of the content and circumstance of the crime and the method of assaulting, etc., the punishment of the lower court (eight million won) is too unreasonable.

2. In light of the judgment, the court below sentenced the above punishment to the defendant on the grounds of sentencing as stated in its reasoning. The circumstances alleged by the prosecutor in the grounds of appeal are deemed to have been sufficiently considered in determining the punishment in the court below, and the defendant has already been committed with the entire facts of each of the crimes of this case, and the defendant is divided in depth, and the victims are not subject to the punishment of the defendant by unanimous agreement with the victims, etc., as well as other factors of sentencing in this case including age, character and conduct, environment, background, means and consequence of the crime, etc. of this case including the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, circumstance of the crime, means and consequence after the crime, etc., it cannot be recognized that the judgment of the court below exceeded the reasonable scope of discretion because
