A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the keys of the victim E, parked in the road near the D cafeteria located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, Seoul, are displayed at the victim E-owned market value equivalent to KRW 3.5 million, and entered the F Poter, which was not corrected, and subsequently cut off by driving the said vehicle with the said key.
