Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a B-Adi vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.168% under the influence of alcohol around 09:10 on September 6, 2014, and proceeded at a speed below the distance of active service from the edge of the Sadi Station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation on the front side, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the defendant is driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking and continues to proceed in violation of the signal even though the signal is a vehicle stop signal;

In the opposite direction, the victim C driven the left turn to the intersection in accordance with the new subparagraph, received the rear part of the D Co., Ltd. bus driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused injury to E, who is a passenger of the damaged vehicle due to the above occupational negligence, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim F, who is the passenger, such as rash salt, for which approximately two weeks of medical treatment is required.

2. On the same date and time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of about 200 meters from Seoul Gangnam-gu to about 556, as Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.168% of blood alcohol content.
