Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on April 17, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the fraud case against the above court No. 2012 High Court No. 1874, which was located in the Nam-gu Incheon District Court No. 410, Incheon, and testified.

The above case states that since the Defendant paid the entire amount, even if he did not intend to receive the money from D, he did not intend to use it at his discretion. However, around August 2009, D makes a false statement stating that “A is not paying the money and does not pay the money. I would like to pay the money. I would like to request A to pay the money as a deposit of A. I would pay the money. I would like to receive one million won from D as a part of the borrowed money on August 4, 2009.”
